RAIN DELAY OR CANCELLATION WILL BE A SATURDAY MORNING DECISION! 
In case of HEAVY rain, the Nov. 12 games may be postponed to start later the same day.  Or worst case, rescheduled to Nov. 19 (All-Star games would then need to be cancelled.)  If it is lightly raining or fields are wet/muddy, games will go on.
